Responsibilities:

Project management and follow-up for folders, magazines, and Point of Sale (POS) materials

Encoding corrections and managing email campaigns

Managing and expanding of our database
-
Support internal teams in project delivery, ensuring compliance with client expectations

Manage daily communication with clients and the team, responding to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
-
Quality control of all project outputs
-
Stay informed about current trends in advertising and media to share relevant insights with the team and clients
-
Assist in analyzing project performance and preparing campaign/digital reports
Qualifications:
-
1 to 2 years of experience in an advertising agency
-
Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French
-
A hands-on mentality to push projects to a higher level
-
A drive to execute work in the best possible way and the brains to see pitfalls and opportunities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Strong passion for advertising and a desire to learn and grow in the industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
-
Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
