      Wie heeft er nooit gesmuld van een boterham of een pannenkoek met de lichtbruine ‘Cassonade Graeffe’ van <strong>Tiense Suiker</strong>? Al 65 jaar staat op elk pak een kindje afgebeeld. Velen noemen de cassonade daarom <em>kindjessuiker</em> of <em>kinnekessuiker</em>. Maar… sinds enkele dagen is het kind van de verpakking verdwenen.<img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-110162" src="https://pub.be/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/childfocus_cassonade_01-600x400.jpg" alt="childfocus_cassonade_01" width="600" height="400" /><strong>Wunderman Antwerp</strong> kwam op het idee om de suikerpakken kinderloos te maken. Ze lanceren de campagne vandaag op sociale media met een opmerkelijke video. Een jongeman en zijn moeder zitten aan de ontbijttafel. Het lijkt een commercial te zijn. Plots komt de aap uit de mouw: de jongeman was ooit zelf vermist.\n

      Het gaat om een waargebeurd verhaal: Edouard zat eind september 2016 helemaal in de knoop met zichzelf, had zwarte gedachten, flirtte op een bepaald moment zelfs met de dood en liep weg van huis. Zijn verdwijning werd als zeer onrustwekkend beoordeeld. Child Focus ondernam samen met de politie een zoektocht, en bood ondersteuning aan de naasten van de jongen. Gelukkig duurde de verdwijning maar enkele dagen. Nu gaat het goed met hem, en is hij blij dat hij zijn steentje bijdraagt aan de campagne: “<em>Ik ben de mensen van Child Focus ongelooflijk dankbaar. Hun hulp heeft me sterker gemaakt als persoon, en dat ik nu iets kan terugdoen voor hen, vind ik fantastisch.” </em>Dat iemand zoals Edouard vermist raakt, is jammer genoeg geen zeldzaamheid. <strong>Dirk Depover</strong>, woordvoerder van Child Focus: “<em>Tijdens de 20 jaar dat Child Focus bestaat, behandelden we ruim 20.000 gevallen van vermiste kinderen of jongeren. Voor de naasten van elk betrokken kind een waar drama. We bieden hen intensieve steun, goede raad en informeren hen over het onderzoek. Elke zaak is uniek, maar we werken steeds samen met politie en justitie en andere welzijnsorganisaties. In vele honderden gevallen is het ook nodig een publieke oproep tot getuigen te lanceren. Sinds enkele jaren gebeurt dat ook meer en meer via sociale media en dat werkt.       De pakjes suiker zelf worden voor langere tijd een communicatiekanaal met een bereik van 250.000 huishoudens doorheen het hele land. Op de pakjes wordt de oproep om opsporingsberichten te delen herhaald, en prijkt ook het 24/7 bereikbare noodnummer 116000. Want je weet maar nooit dat je het plots nodig hebt. Door de inzet van velen loopt anno 2018 gelukkig zo goed als elke verdwijning van een kind of jongere goed af. Vandaar de slogan <em>Samen vinden we ze wel</em>.\n

                        Le Réseau des Médias de proximité (RMDP) regroupe l’ensemble des 12 Médias de proximité (anciennement appelés Télévisions locales) reconnus par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (Communauté française). Ces 12 Médias sont quotidiennement regardés, en TV, par 600.000 francophones et ont attiré 17 millions de visites en 2019, sur leurs sites Web. Le RMDP exerce la mission de représenter les 12 Médias de proximité auprès des instances, institutions et partenaires. En outre, notre a.s.b.l. concrétise des projets de synergies et mutualisations entre ses membres, en exécution des décisions prises par son Organe d’Administration. Ainsi, le RMDP gère le fonds des archives numérisées, mutualise des projets techniques, coordonne la programmation transversale, sous-titre des programmes communs, négocie des achats groupés, ... Les excellentes audiences tant en TV que sur le Web, ainsi que l’intérêt majeur pour l’information locale présentée par 2 francophones sur 3 selon une étude récente publiée par le Crisp, ouvrent de nouvelles opportunités de mutualiser la commercialisation de notre Réseau.</p>\r\n
                        <p>Aussi, le RMDP engage un.e « Responsable du développement commercial et marketing H/F », véritable ambassad.eur.rice commercial.e des 12 Médias de proximité afin tout à la fois de démarcher et de convaincre les agences médias et les annonceurs pour qu’ils intègrent nos Médias dans leurs investissements et de gérer les demandes de collaborations et partenariats qui nous parviennent.</p>\r\n
                        <p><strong>Description de la fonction<br />\r\n
                        </strong></p>\r\n
                        <p>- Atteindre des résultats commerciaux définis annuellement et revus régulièrement par l’Organe d’Administration du RMDP et sa Direction générale.<br />\r\n
                        - Cibler les annonceurs nationaux, en ce compris les institutions régionales, et éventuellement les agences susceptibles d’être intéressés de placer leur communication publicitaire dans les Médias de proximité, tant en télévision que sur le Web.<br />\r\n
                        - Proposer des solutions créatives, telles que la production audiovisuelle et digitale, permettant de mettre à disposition des partenaires commerciaux des Médias de proximité les forces de ces derniers.<br />\r\n
                        - Procéder à une veille du marché (marchés publics) afin de répondre aux offres susceptibles d’intéresser les Médias de proximité.<br />\r\n
                        - Accompagner proactivement les responsables commerciaux des 12 Médias de proximité dans leurs démarches respectives.<br />\r\n
                        - Démarcher et décrocher des rendez-vous dans le but de présenter le Réseau et ses produits publicitaires (spot 30’’, banner web, pré-roll, ...). Le but est de partager le travail des 12 Médias de proximité, afin de créer l’image de ce Réseau auprès de ce public et de le convaincre.<br />\r\n
                        - Conclure des affaires au bénéfice des 12 Médias de proximité et procéder au suivi administratif nécessaire (offre de prix, négociation, suivi du matériel, suivi de la facturation).<br />\r\n
                        - Définir les besoins des partenaires commerciaux potentiels des 12 Médias de proximité par une écoute active durant les entrevues sur place et argumenter sur base des forces de notre Réseau et des études à disposition.<br />\r\n
                        - Coordonner, organiser et animer le Comité Pub existant au sein du RMDP.<br />\r\n
                        - Déterminer, au sein du Comité Pub, une nouvelle politique tarifaire adaptée, adéquate et harmonisée du RMDP, en accord avec l’Organe d’Administration du RMDP et sa Direction générale.<br />\r\n
                        - Recevoir, analyser et effectuer une recommandation sur les différents partenariats avec les secteurs publics et privés pour lesquels nous sommes sollicités (espace gratuit, échanges de visibilité, co-productions, ...).<br />\r\n
                        - Tenir à jour un tableau de bord des partenaires prospectés, des accords signés et facturés, en vue d’être présenté régulièrement à l’Organe d’Administration du RMDP et sa Direction générale.</p>\r\n

                        - Première expérience requise.<br />\r\n
                        - Fait preuve d’une grande capacité d’adaptabilité et est ouvert.e au changement. <br />\r\n
                        - Est diplomate et optimiste.<br />\r\n
                        - Connait la vente d’espaces publicitaires TV et Web (fonctionnement des tarifs, notions techniques utilisées par les agences, méthodes d’achat d’espace, logiciels d’achats, programmatic, data management, ...).<br />\r\n
                        - Se rend quotidiennement sur le terrain pour démarcher les acteurs en vue de la conclusion d’affaires pour les Médias de proximité, et est apte à se déplacer quotidiennement (en possession d’un permis de conduire).<br />\r\n
                        - Connait les outils d’analyse des fréquentations de sites Web (Google analytics) et est capable d’en extraire des informations pertinentes pour exécuter sa mission d’ambassad.eur.rice.<br />\r\n
                        - Peut prouver qu’il.elle possède un réseau puissant dans le milieu de la communication commerciale (annonceurs et accessoirement agences de publicité), et dans l’environnement institutionnel. Est à l’aise dans ces milieus et y possède une bonne réputation.<br />\r\n
                        - Connait donc le fonctionnement des institutions publiques et des Organismes d’intérêt public.<br />\r\n
                        - S’intéresse aux études télévisions du marché belge (Audimétrie, CIM, ...).<br />\r\n
                        - Excellente présentation tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français. Le néerlandais est un atout important.<br />\r\n
                        - Démontre une excellente capacité d’écoute afin de déterminer les besoins de son interlocuteur, est capable de formuler des arguments pour convaincre.<br />\r\n

                        <p>Als Customer Engagement Strategist bij CM Gezondheidsfonds ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën om de loyaliteit van onze leden te versterken en langdurige betrokkenheid bij onze organisatie te bevorderen. </p>\r\n

                        <p><strong>Flexibel werken: </strong>Je werkt voltijds in een 38 urenweek met flexibele werkuren en je kan een vrij dagdeel opnemen. Je krijgt 20 verlofdagen, 4 extra feestdagen, 12 ADV-dagen en extra verlof naarmate je langer bij ons werkt. Je standplaats is een regionaal hoofdkantoor in de buurt van je woonplaats. Voor overlegmomenten en meetings ben je bereid om je te verplaatsen naar Berchem (Post X), Hasselt, Gent of Schaarbeek. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor thuiswerk.</p>\r\n
