YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
Community Management (approx. 70%)
As the driving force behind our community initiatives, you will:
- Build, grow, and nurture strong online and offline communities for clients across diverse platforms.
- Monitor and engage with community interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to foster community engagement.
- Track and analyze community performance metrics, preparing reports with actionable insights.
- Influencer management: building up in-depth knowledge of influencers, contract negotiations, follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between community and internal teams to relay feedback and enhance user experience.
- Stay on top of trends and innovations in social media and community management to recommend improvements and strategies.
Project Management (approx. 30%)
You will contribute to the successful delivery of various projects by:
- Supporting key accounts in the operational implementation
- Executing events and POS activities in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Participating in brainstorming's and team meetings to conceptualize and implement creative campaign ideas
- Preparing reports, analyses, and offering strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-3 years' experience in community management and/or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in French OR/AND Flemish, English is a plus
- A proactive and creative mindset, with a knack for problem-solving
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics software is a plus
