Job description

As a project manager, you have effortless control and overview over all projects under your management. You work in a well-structured manner to raise our projects to a higher level with the available resources in a dynamic environment. You anticipate commercial opportunities in collaboration with the account teams.

You closely follow up with the digital development teams in Belgium and Vietnam. Your structured approach enables you to keep quality, planning, and resources on the right track.

As a producer, you support the projects throughout their lifecycle, from concept and creation to production and maintenance. You form the essential bridge between wild creative ideas and a finely crafted solution. You work both internally in collaboration with the account teams and directly with end customers.

You work with a broad multidisciplinary team from different backgrounds and nationalities. BLISS works on a huge variety of digital products, from large digital campaigns and platforms to cutting-edge AR/VR installations and AI applications.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in digital production
  • Problem-solving, service-minded, and pragmatic attitude
  • Eye for quality and details
  • Proactive, clear communication, both internally and externally
  • Dutch or French as a first language, excellent knowledge of English
  • You know the different project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, waterfall...) and choose the work method that best suits the project
  • You maintain an overview of all project planning as well as the availability of resources
  • Technical hard skills are not a requirement, but you have a passion for exploring and understanding new technologies
