New kid in town : Lynn Weiss

New kids in town

I’m the youngest at the agency, aka babiest, but definitely not the least engaged. I’m Lynn Weiss, 22, Junior Creative Strategist at ServicePlan along with Francesco Caccamese, and my ADHD brain is both my chaos and my compass. It jumps, connects, questions, creates. It turns confusion into curiosity, and curiosity into insight.

I’m fully Gen Z; and yes, I love working (surprising, right?). Our generation gets a bad rep: lazy, entitled, impossible to manage. But maybe we’re just rewriting what “work” means. We want to feel alive in what we do, not just busy. We grew up in chaos; economic crises, digital revolutions, climate urgency, and a constant stream of “unprecedented” events. We learned early that the world won’t stop spinning, so we built our own rhythm. So yes, we question everything, not because we’re lazy; but because we care. Deeply.

My goal? To become a genuine voice for my generation; helping brands truly understand Gen Z and helping young creatives find their place in the industry. At Serviceplan, I’m working on an initiative to create real conversations between agencies and Zoomers, break down stereotypes, and inspire a more inclusive, curious, and human way of working. I also aim to become the go-to Gen Z voice within the agency; someone brands can rely on to decode our generation and connect with it meaningfully.

Because Gen Z isn’t afraid to work; we just want to make work worth doing.
