That someone is you. As senior account manager, you’re the driving force behind the strategic-creative process — not a go-between. You help shape the direction of the work and the team. Oh, and the good atmosphere in the office. That’d be a nice bonus.

What will you be doing?

• You’re the first point of contact for your clients. A genuine partner, not just a supplier. You build lasting relationships with their teams and keep projects aligned with the strategy.
• Ideas from our creatives, proposals from our consultants: you pick them up and turn them into strong results. That’s how you translate creative ambition into business impact.
• From shoots to media plans to campaigns: you brief, contribute and make it all come together.
• Coaching the account executives? That’s your domain. Inspiring, challenging and keeping things structured, internally and externally? We count on you for that too.

What do we expect from you?

• You live and breathe marketing, advertising and communication. And you understand that creativity only creates value when it’s presented and guided well.
• You have at least 3 years of agency experience as a (senior) account manager, preferably working with national clients.
• That experience means you quickly earn the trust of clients and colleagues alike. You’re level-headed, empathetic and build relationships effortlessly.
• Checking details, setting priorities or switching between tasks: you keep a cool head when things get hectic.
• Working independently but also making a difference as part of a team? No problem for you.
• You’re a natural networker who turns a pitch or prospecting meeting into a winning story.
• You speak and write fluent French? Chouette!
