Barbara Dzikanowice (Happiness) fait partie d'une sélection de 15 femmes qui auront l'honneur de participer au programme See It Be It durant cette édition des Cannes Lions. L'initiative, lancée en 2014, veille à pallier au manque de diversité aux niveaux supérieurs de l'industrie de la pub. Des hautes sphères où on retrouve seulement 3% de femmes.
