Epica Awards: de zes Grand Prix!

cerepages-Pyra EpicaEerder berichtte PUB over de negen bekroningen voor Belgische bureaus tijdens de Epica Awards. Vandaag hebben we het over de zes Grand Prix die werden toegekend. Die jurering verliep met Spencer Baim als voorzitter. Dat is de chief strategic director van Vice Media, dat hij mee hielp uitbouwen van nichemedium tot een sterk internationaal merk. Spencer Baim gaf vooraf mee dat hij ervan overtuigd is dat elk mediamerk de wereld kan veranderen en dat, bij uitbreiding, élk merk een echt doel moet hebben. Media hebben het potentieel om de wereld iets te vertellen. Hij hoopte voorafgaand aan de jurering dat de juryleden 'dappere' keuzes zouden maken. "Als iets niet wordt gelezen, bestaat het niet," zei hij nog. "Je moet altijd impact nastreven en dat is wat reclame ook moet doen." Hebben de juryleden geluisterd?
