Daarom ging het bedrijf vanuit het Europese hoofdkantoor op zoek naar technische profielen. Mosquito/Intracto ontwikkelde een speciaal platform genaamd the Technician. Via social media werden technische profielen uitgedaagd om deel te nemen.
