Thierry Fiorilli leidt Le Vif/L'Epress

Op vrijdag 21 augustus werd Thierry Fiorilli (50) benoemd tot hoofdredacteur van Le Vif/L’Express. Hij volgt Christine Laurent op, die in januari volgend jaar op pensioen gaat. Thierry Fiorilli is licentiaat journalistiek en communicatie (ULB). Hij werkte als journalist bij Bel-RTL en stapte later over naar Le Soir. Daar was hij actief als verslaggever op de dienst Buitenland, hoofd van verschillende diensten (Internationaal, Politiek, België), verantwoordelijke voor de bijlage Victor, eindredacteur, adjunct-hoofdredacteur en verantwoordelijke voor de sectie “Polémique”. De afgelopen drie jaar stond hij Christine Laurent bij als adjunct-hoofdredacteur van Le Vif/L’Express. Gérald Papy, adjunct-hoofdredacteur van Le Vif/L’Express sinds 2009, zal Thierry Fiorilli in zijn nieuwe functie ondersteunen.
