HEINZ en Heineken lanceren de ultieme sixpack

Na meer dan 150 jaar waarin ze vaak samen op tafel verschenen, slaan Heinz en Heineken voor het eerst officieel de handen in elkaar. Onder de noemer “The match we’ve all been waiting for” lanceren de merken een opvallende limited edition six-pack met vijf flesjes Heineken en één fles Heinz Tomato Ketchup.

De lancering gebeurde via een identieke afbeelding die tegelijkertijd werd gepubliceerd op de Instagram-accounts van beide merken. De samenwerking speelt in op een herkenbaar consumentenmoment: samenkomen rond eten, drinken en gedeelde ervaringen. Wat op het eerste gezicht een eenvoudige co-branding lijkt, is volgens de merken een knipoog naar een combinatie die al generaties lang vanzelfsprekend samen voorkomt.

Met de campagne willen Heinz en Heineken laten zien hoe sterke merken elkaar kunnen versterken door aan te sluiten bij alledaagse culturele momenten. De samenwerking onderstreept bovendien hun ambitie om op creatieve manieren verbinding te maken met consumenten in verschillende markten wereldwijd.
